More than 240 starts.  An IRL Championship. 17 wins.  19 poles.  A front-row start in the Indianapolis 500.  That’s the kind of performance – and pedigree – Tom Knapp and Genoa Lights will be bringing to the track in 2010.  Since 1986, the team has made a name for itself as a competitor, a “driver’s team,” an innovator and an almost ruthlessly driven machine that take its drivers and its sponsor partners to the podium.  And beyond.  For 2010, no team will be better equipped.  No team will be better prepared – to win.

 

 

The Genoa Cross.

 

Adapted from the coat of arms of the ancient seafaring city of Genoa, Italy, the Genoa Cross has flown in battle during The Crusades, it has sailed the seven seas aboard the world’s most formidable sailing ships and in legend it is said to have adorned the shield of St. George as he battled his dragon.  Today, it flies proudly as the marque of Genoa Lights – as new tales are told and new legends are forged.  On the track.  And in the hearts and imaginations of our sponsors and fans.
